Texas has some of the most stringent realtor standards in the United States, with a candidate required to successfully complete 180 hours of legal, contractual and ethics coursework, as well as semi-annual continuing education once a license is earned. Rob Hinton
Rob got involved in Real Estate in the late 90's as a student attending Texas Tech University and has been based out of Austin since 2004, where he has delved into and carved a niche in the Commercial side of the Real Estate world.
Representing many experienced & successful Bar & Restaurant owners & operators, he has found multiple unique properties and buildings his clients have been able to turn into additional successful business endeavors, including the Historic Lockhart Square and East Austin areas.
Rob also specializes in Farm & Ranch Properties around the greater Central Texas area.
Partnering with Adam has brought Rob into the Costa Rican arena including Hotel / Resort & Retreat type properties beginning with our listing Bosque de Paz in 2025.

Adam Kirby
Adam holds two bachelor's degrees in Economics and Spanish from the University of Texas at Tyler, and is fully bilingual. He has been traveling to Costa Rica since 2013 and considers Costa Rica to be his adopted home country.
Adam has forged deep personal ties following a near-death experience in 2014, and feels a deep sense of gratitude to Ticos and to Costa Rica's professional institutions for saving his life. Adam owes a karmic debt to Costa Rica and Her people, and has dedicated himself to be in their service ever since. Los Tejanos Properties is the first realization of that objective.
Adam has a multi-faceted professional background that includes experience in law enforcement, personal injury and immigration law, as well as entrepreneurial pursuits in Music and Content Creation/Web Design.
